Better outcomes, stronger relationships, and peace of mind.
The people I work with tend to be capable, driven, and they want to lead with heart and humanity. They see themselves as reasonable, logical: they like to think and talk through possible implications before making decisions. They want to understand the data that feeds into decisions. Many are great problem solvers with a clear vision.
What they can struggle with is how you bring others along with that vision, how you engage them in constructive conversation. Sometimes it can be about how they manage themselves when frustration kicks in, and redirect a debate back to the point with respect for everyone involved. Or they want their teams or peers to take due responsibility, rather than simply taking that onto their own shoulders “because it’s just quicker”. Eventually they realize that is not sustainable.
That is where I come in: I partner with people like them to develop ways to build the bridges that will help them build stronger, deeper relationships that allow for constructive challenge and ultimately well-considered decisions that everyone can get behind.
